Didn’t realize ships from China

I didn't realize product or company ships or perhaps operated from China. Order was put in on May 2, 2020. When product didn't arrive by May 16, I asked for refund. Received email stating a ship date (out of Singapore) May 13 with a tracking number. Tracking number bought me to a site showing useless information. As of May 28th, product still not received and tracking information shows nothing related to where the package is or the progress of the shipment. They have an 886 number to call. I did call and "Robotic" voice took my information. I also emailed them. I do not have confidence in Joopsy delivering. User's recommendation: Avoid ordering from Joopsy.
