Didn’t send alert when new bank account was opened in my name. Never called me back either!

Update by user Mar 27, 2021 After several weeks LifeLock never contacted me on my complaint. They sent a form letter that they were sad to see me go. That was all. Not confident they actively monitor anything. My recommendation is to reach out individually to all credit companies and freeze your own info. Don’t pay this company as again they never notified me when a new bank account was opened in my name which was exactly what I was paying them to do. They don’t care as long as they get your money. Original review posted by user Feb 25, 2021 Ive had LifeLock for over 5 yrs. I opened a new bank account fully expecting life to notify me. I never heard a peep from them. I then called them to ask why. They said they would open an incident and someone would call me. 24 hrs later and still no call! This is a disgrace and they are clearly not monitoring my identity. What a rip off. User's recommendation: Look at others offering similar services.
