Didn’t get any refund

Brinfosoft.com were supposed to provide me with fully set up adsense account so i would be able to proceed with online advertising for my business. I paid them $10 for this procedure but they never provided me with any service. I wasn’t satisfied with such situation so I asked for my money back but those scammers didn’t give me back a single cent.
