Didn’t fix my problem

1

On or about the middle of April I took my 2006 Chevy Equinox to one of your locations located at 1909 East Joppa Road Parkville Md 21234 took to see what was causing my truck's battery to drain when it was off. I was told that I needed a new battery, a flush, tune up, belts replaced and windshield wiper blades. The tech also told that the molding on my door was also part of the problem. The next day after getting the work done I had the same problem and had to take it back up there for the same problem still I was be being told that it was the door . I took care of the door problem and the problem happened again. So I got a jump start and I took my truck to Auto Zone to get my battery and alternator check they passed . So finally I contacted your other location at 1705 York Road Lutherville Maryland 21030 and they fixed the problem . I paid over $1300 the first time and had to pay $429 the last time for the same problem. This problem could have been fixed if the tech at the first location had taken the time to really search for the problem. Invoice # is [protected] /4-20-21/9:18 am
