last month i purchased a teac crh-258 i dab and was so pleased with the customer service given the dein competilivery was spot on with next day delivery and did not understand some of the functions and they were so helpful and explained how to use the unit i recommend everybody to shop with them and to purchase any electronic items from them and during conversation they mentioned they are established since 1980 and was well known and that they are the main dealer for teac and have never advertised iam going to buy all my electronics from them when i see people have made complaints must be *** and from another planet or they are in ewarecompetition with them which they can cope with price and service be ware of crooks
