I took the 22 question survey to earn 10 points on my rewards program via the Schlotzsky's mobile app, and after I answered all the questions it said sorry you didn't accept the terms and conditions so you won't get any points for taking the survey. There must be some problem because I did accept the terms and conditions before I even started answering the questions.
