On July 26th 2021 I purchased a Groupon thing for Sam's Club for $25 that was deducted out of my account however I did not receive my sound card my email is jrhonda33@***.com I need to see what I need to do to get this resolved they were asking for some kind of Code in order to proceed I never did receive an email or a code from Groupon if this cannot be resolved please refund me my money as soon as possible thank you.. User's recommendation: A direct phone number to speak to a rep.
