Did not receive my refund

I have sent your company 2 emails requesting my refund! You stated through my PayPal account that you refunded my account on March 27, 2021! This refund has not shown up on my debit card statement through my bank! Also, I spoke with my bank and they do not show a refund in my account from your company. Please rectify this problem ASAP!
