Did not receive a response of any kind

Update by user Jan 19, 2021 It has been over a month since I sent my first inquiry, and a second e-mail was sent to them as well with no response. I am disappointed in the lack of response, to say the least! Original review posted by user Dec 19, 2020 I asked whether a certain part was still available. I got no answer. That's worse than them replying, "The part is no longer available." The way it is now, I have no idea where I stand. User's recommendation: Acu-Rite has been very responsive in the past, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt at this point.
