Did not live up to promise.

The Contractor scheduled installation three times, was a no show three times. Finally, Long Roof called and gave us another date. A different contractor was able to come on a Saturday for the roof and gutter on Monday. It was completed on that Monday, only because we insisted someone from Long Roofing come to inspect the roof. The Long Roof Rep had to call the contractor back to complete the roof installation. The gutters also had to be corrected and downspout fixed. This particular sub-contractor depends on no post inspection. The free gutters are a joke, you can find the right size gutters at Home Depot. There are some contractors in Home Depot's parking lot who are probably better installers. User's recommendation: Hire a roofer that does not use sub-contractors, Run away from LONG.
