DID NOT GIVE EARNED MATURITY ON SAVINGS BOND

I CASHED A SAVINGS BOND FROM 1995 FOR FACE VALUE 1000, MATURITY VALUE 1095. THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO, NOONE AT THIS BRANCH OR ANYONE I HAVE CALLED KNOWS WHAT A US SAVINGS BOND AND MATURITY IS. I HAVE WAITED FOR 2 WEEKS FOR A CORRECTION AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THEY HAVE BASICALLY KEPT MY MONEY. NOONE HELPS OR EVEN KNOWS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
