I just bought a ticket from Skyscanner that brought me to hutchgo.com, I bought an AirAsia flight from Jakarta (CGK) to Lombok (LOP) at 16:20pm (Indonesia time), with name of passenger Vico Aryo Yudhanto. When the payment already done, it said that the seats cannot be confirmed by airline within the system time limit, and I did not get any booking code. I want my money back! I already send this complains to hutchgo.com, but I don't get any response. User's recommendation: Do notnuse skyscanner or hutchgo for your flight ticket.
