American Air Duct Cleaning came to our house a year ago and charged $350 for air duct and furnace cleaning. We had to change our furnace filters every FIVE weeks last winter - they were FILTHY. We had another company come in yesterday for the same work - they took before and after photos, and indeed nothing had been done a year ago! There were little bouncy balls and things inside the ducts!! Today I called "American Air Duct Cleaning" who now says they are "Fine Air Duct Cleaning" - the operator did not know anything about "American Air Duct Cleaning" - and told me they are BBB accredited. I cannot find them on BBB. This company is a total scam. Don't use them!!!
