Did not deliver product by expected date

I ordered Petit Fours for a baby shower and because they stated the product would be delivered before the party date I did not upgrade shipping. They changed delivery date once product was shipped to the day after my party. I contacted UPS and they told me that a third party (USPS) was now in charge of my shipment and only the sender could intersept the package. I was willing to upgrade my shipping costs to assure delivery for my party. I contacted Figi's customer service and they said they couldn't do anything other than give me 25% off. My cakes arrived one day after my party and I have no use for 64 cakes!!
