I closed my business mid-May. I went to the Aabaco website and cancelled my website at the same time. I have received bills for June and July. I called in June and was told that my website was not cancelled even though the IP address was not accessible. I spoke to the rep for 1/2 hour and finally hung up. It was a ridiculous circular call. I called again today to cancel my website and billing. It took FOREVER just to get to the point of cancelling my website billing. I spoke first to Pumar and then Roy. Roy, the supposed manager, informed me that he has cancelled my account and that I will not be charged any further. He is not able to refund my money for the two months that my website was not searchable, because it could have many things that made my website not searchable. He refused to consider that it was because I cancelled it. I am furious!!!
