I have worked at Dial America for over a year. You DO get incentive raises after working there for 3 months, 6 months and a year. I have worked verifying credit cards and in customer service. The only way to not get a raise is to be unreliable in coming to work on time and staying for your entire scheduled shift. The managers are very helpful in coaching the employees to improve their skills, which can easily be transferred to other companies should a person decide to pursue other opportunities. The people calling in sometimes suck as they can lack self control and vent their frustrations on the person answering the phone in a passive-aggressive...and sometimes verbally abusive manner, but the company is not bad.
