Despite being an on-line platform this “bank” can’t seem to get their log-in process consistent, easy and smooth.

Every time I go on mu log-in it demands my banking card number. I go on at least once a month and still it can't seem to remember me and forces me thru various steps to get on. I have complained but it doesn't help. Also, I am moving my money to People'sTrust bec I do not have to beg them to give the best interest rate WITHOUT begging for it. User's recommendation: Don't bank here.
