Desible my account

I have been using worldremit since 2015, on last Friday I needed to check my statements but I was unable to do so. It just said that this account it has been disabled. I have been trying to contact them, no luck, I really need that record, but I don't know what to do know. User's recommendation: I really don't know how they can do business with no commocantion to their customers n.
