Prime Place Apartments on Elm Street in Stillwater, OK withheld $162 of my daughter's $300 security deposit with no substantiation. They sent a walkthrough video, but it did not demonstrate damage or any other conditions that would warrant the action that they took. They are unresponsive to emails requesting an explanation and a refund. Attempts to complain to the corporate headquarters of this business have also gone unanswered. A total of five emails were sent, all of which provided a telephone number and a return email address. A search for similar complaints for this business has resulted in many other complaints of a similar nature. In addition to the deposit issue, this business is woefully lacking in customer service skills. During the year my daughter lived at Prime Place several maintenance requests were ignored, some of which were safety related.
