I have moved out of a rental property of RAWSON NORTHRIDING which was filled with magets in the shower when we moved in. Upon the exit inspection on 31 July 2021 it was noted the unit was in a better condition than when we received it. RAWSON NORTHRIDING promised to come back to me on any issues by Thursday 12th August 2021 which was passed the 7 days already. They then told me that they have alot of inspections to go through which is why it's taking so long. This clearly shows a breakdown in the internal business process and this should definitely not affect the consumer. It's now the 15th and as promised RAWSON NORTHRIDING still did not come back to me with any feedback at all!!
