Requested for refund due to denial of boarding pass by Air India on 22/06/2021 (due to restrictions imposed by US Govt. for COVID pandemic). Requested to take up matter with Air India for full refund). No action has been made so far. Now request for refund or holding of tickets for at least 6 months either side from Bhubaneswar to New York. User's recommendation: To ascertain from COVID pandemic restriction before booking tickets.
