Denied airport pickup from Newark, USA to NYC on biz class ticket

Myself and my wife both retired senior citizens booked business class ticket from Karachi to JFK, New York. The flt was canceled and we were given an option to fly to Newark instead of JFK. The stopover at Istanbul increased to 7 hrs instead of three and a half hours. The airline for pick up from Newark to 606, West 57th Street New York is asking for USD 141. Pls help - PNR TUUBPA. Arr Newark 7th -2245 hrsOLsP
