Denial of refund
Dear easyJet, Re:easyJet booking reference: K1PNPCQ I have been told that I am ineligible for a refund because I accepted a voucher last year for a flight you cancelled. It was not at all apparent on your website, that there was an option to take a refund at the time. This voucher will expire on September 3rd 2021. I was told to book another flight using the voucher! Where to? When? This is not at all good customer service. I am unable to book to an unknown destination for an unknown time, not even knowing if I can go! I am far more likely to book a flight if I actually have refund and flights are more certain. It is illegal to keep my money for a service you were not able to provide. Please may I have my £158.92?
