Not unlike most of the other people, my claim was denied due to the fact that they give NO refunds due to Corona. I understand that it can be a costly thing for a company to give back monies due to folks not feeling comfortable to travel at this time. However, it's also unfair to those of us buying insurance for peace of mind then having the company just decide not to cover anything covid related. Not to mention that my trip is also going to California in a few weeks and flying in to where the fires are currently burning. I would hope for at least a travel voucher. User's recommendation: Don't buy this insurance or call them first to see everything that is not covered.
