does not seem to care about its customers. You should feel some level of protection when using your debit card. If you are involved with fraud or ripped off by someone using your card...it will take you months to file reports, receive dozens of calls, and I truly hope you fare better than I did: losing $1200. Although I followed all their procedures, sent numerous faxes and e-mails, and letter, and phone calls, an online company basically stole $1200 over monthly installments for which DCCU refused to help me recover. I am taking my business away and a bank that offers no protection or customer service does not deserve to remain in business. So many banks these days are hurting their customers with outrageous fees and zero customer service, yet, in my heart, I have to believe there is maybe a local or smaller bank or credit union that still offers good old fashioned protection and customer service to its customers. I can only recommend that you close your account and look for a bank that will stand behind you-their customer and the average American consumer. I tell all my friends and family to avoid this bank and am in process of closing my account in favor of another credit union. Hope they work out better than DCCU!
