I ordered a laptop battery from Shophive since I couldn't find it elsewhere. My order was confirmed immediately and I was happy that the battery will be shipped in few days. Three weeks passed and I didn't hear from Shophive. I contacted their customer service and they took a week to respond with "we will come back". Nothing happened, I asked for updates and I was replied with 5 or 6 words "you will be contacted soon". Nothing happened. I asked for refund, I was told that my complain was forwarded to respective department. Nothing happened. I asked for the issue to be further escalated and of course nothing happened with no response at all. I think this site is fake, unless proven wrong.
