In July 2020 I bought a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 Laptop Service Tag: 4DW2ZZ2| Express Service Code: [protected]. It worked great until Monday when the graphics started going, then it would not connect to the internet until I did a hard reset, I noticed it came apart at the right hinge. It is supposed to be strong at the hinges since it is a 2 in 1 and it is used as a laptop and a notebook. I was told they would not help and the warranty does not apply because there is damage! It came apart at the hinge! It should not come apart from simple wear and tear. |
