I had confirm with my firends and SNS, Dell is not deliver orders on FIFO. people whom order Alienware R12 later than me, the spec they choosed are same as mine but with extra warranty. Are getting their orders before me! and my status is still under "in production" after a month! I provided evidence to customer service and ask for explanation and they are ignoring me and not replying me. User's recommendation: Do not buy Dell.
