Delivery yet not received and very poor response from call centre

Very poor service for Home delivery. About to be 48 Hours and no sign of delivery and the worst thing is that the call center is also a waste as they do not have any information on delivery. They are just sitting to fool customers by adding sorry words. The word sorry will not solve the problem. There is a serious problem in Carrefour online delivery they should fix it otherwise the image for Carrefour is being compromised. Would never recommend anyone to go for online purchase from Carrefour. My Order number is [protected]
