I ordered a ring from ClassRings and have been waiting for it for 2 months now. I hope I get my ring eventually but the delivery service promised to deliver it in 4 weeks. The support service assured me that how much was sent and promised to send me a tracking number. But I still haven't received the tracking number. In general it is quite difficult to contact the customer service of the store... : ( I hope that the ring will come and I will no longer have to spend tens of minutes with the phone in my hand trying to get through. While I do not put any assessment, I still hope for a positive outcome.
