Delivery not made on date requested

Ordered early for Mothers day and had a scheduled delivery on May 8th. Even got a confirmation email from them from a tech inside their company saying he confirmed it. Now , early evening of the day of delivery , it is not there and won't be there for another 48 hours. She does not work that day. VERY UPSET. Now. Can not get a hold of anyone. User's recommendation: Don't trust their times and dates.
