My residential address is ##### Lane, however, when shipper inputs the address Fedex Delivery Manager changes it to ##### Drive. those are two different streets and my packages always go there. I tried calling to change it and they seem unable to do so. What's even worse is that in May I placed a hold on my deliveries and instead of holding mine, they held those going to the people on #### Drive.
