My complaint is against CouriersPlease and their use of private contractors with little to NO experience with shipping goods, They simply do NOT care about the parcels they carry. I just took delivery of an expensive video card from Rosman Computers, Sydney NSW. The box had FRAGILE tape all over it but arrived crushed right down to the 'very' expensive card inside! The driver(an Indian man) walked off without a care. I am currently testing this video card and if any damage arises now, or within the near future, I will be speaking to a lawyer as it would be prudent to do so over 'this much money' and the 'abused' packaging. I agreed to CouriersPlease delivering this item, but a plain white van and man dressed in plain clothes delivered it - Not the yellow van and uniformed driver that I expected!
