Delivery from Asos

I placed an order from ASOS. As the shipment earlier had a wrong contact number and the person couldn't contact me I rescheduled a delivery with the correct number visiting their branch office in Deira City Centre on 22nd June. I have shared my address and contact number multiple times every single day since that say and I get a response that i will receive my shipment the next day. Every day when I check the status its reflecting as Shipment at Um Rammol branch for Pick up. I have not requested for a pick up. I have always requested for a delivery and they are unable to update one thing that has been repeatedly told to them since a week. Its such a task to get my shipment even after multiple follow ups. I have again called the customer service 5 today 27.06.2020 and they are still havn't received my shipment. I cannot be calling aramex the whole day keeping my work aside. the delay in my shipment is causing me a delay to check my order and delay in any returns. Aramex has really bad service. They have troubled me for one shipment.
