Delivery driver named Daniel made a delivery to High rise building in Houston Texas. He parked illegally. When asked to move his car he dropped the food at The reception area of building and did not deliver to your customer. Customer should not have to pay for food as service was not completed. He is no longer welcome in building to make deliveries. User's recommendation: Please inform drivers that deliveries must be made to customer personally and that poor conduct will not be tolerated.
