I ordered a shower door in June, with delivery scheduled. Delivery was not scheduled but a man came with a pallet and tried to abandon it in the street anyway (luckily I was at home that day) I told them I needed it delivered into the house and the man took it away I called Victorian Plumbing who informed me I needed to pay extra for delivery into the building . I did so. It is now 31st August and still no delivery - I have spoken to the courier numerous times who have told me that the door is on the way back to Victorian Plumbing I have spoken o victorian Plumbing on LiveChat (they do not want to speak to their angry customers in person) who say its with the couriers and they cannot give me a timeline I want my shower door delivered immediately, into the house, then I want a refund for all delivery fees (they have refunded me £28 of over a hundred I spent on delivery) and an apology call from a manager who can explain to me why they think this is a suitable/acceptable way to treat customers
