Delivery and installation of windows ordered back in late September 2020

I am still waiting on confirmation of delivery and therefore a schedule for installation of a nearly $23, 000 window order for my cabin located at 27 N Huron, AuGres, Michigan 48703 I talked to "Scott" the general manager out of Saginaw/Bay area office over two weeks ago and he could not provide me any answer on when to expect installation even though I was told at the time of the order it would be approximately 8-10 weeks...its now been 19 weeks. I have left three voicemail messages with him over the last week still waiting to hear back from him. This is not how you do business...I cant believe that you, as a company can not get some type of commitment on delivery of this large an order??? Rick Freeman [protected]
