When placing my order for delivery I was prompted to enter the zip code for the delivery location. It indicated that they did in fact delivery to that zip code so I completed my order. I was informed the day of delivery that balloons, which was my order, was not available for delivery, although other items were. Then I have been charged twice on my credit card account for this service I never received. Finally, there is not a customer service contact phone number. It would be extremely beneficial to have an actual telephone number to be able to talk to a live human. Horrible service. I still have not received my refunds.
