I placed an order from the Franklin, MA Papa Gino's. While of placing the online order, there was ZERO indication that Papa Gino's was using an outside delivery service. Then, only AFTER my order was completed, did I get a message from DoorDash giving me the status of my order. I would have NEVER placed the order if I had known that DoorDash would be involved in ANY way because we have never had anything but problems with DoorDash. They are by far the worst of all the food delivery services. I am PISSED and feel that I was tricked into giving money to DoorDash! User's recommendation: Pick your order up or order from anywhere else!
