I used this service to send one urgent courier (1 day delivery) from pune to mumbai on 11 oct 2014. As on today (15 oct 2014) no one knows where that parcel is. Their online tracking doesn't work No one picks up at 022 [protected]. The number for pune 020 [protected] is out of service. Sms tracking does not work Email tracking does not work The place from where I couriered, is totally unaware. He said we sent from here now it is not our responsibility that it didn;t reached to destination. I sent it from shop no 23, lg floor, arun plaza, near dange chowk. The only question is why are they still operating and fooling people?
