Delivered plant perished on porch in sub zero weather

1

My son ordered me a rosebud plant for Valentine's Day. It was delivered on 2/12/21 and sat on our porch for at least 2 hours in sub-zero weather. When I retrieved it, the plant was half frozen and was no good. I contacted 1800Flowers and was promised a re-delivery, which never happened. So my son contacted them, and he was offered a $20 credit. That's the best they could do. So much for 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction. User's recommendation: Do not order perishable flowers or plants from 1800Flowers.
