I missed my delivery on Friday. I agreed to pick up the package at a UPS location. But they delivered the package at the wrong address the same day. How can the delivery guy be so irresponsible because the label had the different address and the person's name on it. We called UPS waited on phone to speak with the Supervisor, after a long wait she comes on the phone and the line gets disconnected. They have our call back number but they don't even show us the courtesy of calling us back. The package had the medication, my dad was not supposed to meet. UPS is very negligent
