L.s. After ordering a moving fish, i checked track and trace (CJPPKL2040102984): Delevered at 14 april 2021, 12.19.22 hours. Message was: not home service intervention delevery at parcelshop. 21 april 2021: Via contactform at online shop, named track&trace number and message. Asked for more info about wich parcelshop. Included my phonenumber. 21 april 2021 Reaction Petstory: Contact nearest postoffice. Me 22 april 2021: please give me more info about which location. This must be available via track and trace system? No reaction. Me 25 april 2021 resend my last e-mail with request for refunding my money if not possible. Petstory 25 april 2021: same reaction as 21 april 2021. I gave up. No product received, no return of money.
