Deleted My Account after they charged my Credit Card

I paid for an account last week. They charged my credit card and then closed my account. I was in the process of interviewing caregivers for my grandmother that is needed right away. Now, I have no idea who responded to me and have no caregiver. I have tried contacting them through 5 different outlets and can't get a response. There is no live customer service. This is so unethical to do this to people at a time when they need help the most!
