Delayed lazada order

Order #226402****80518 I've ordered in lazada (seller:taobao collection) last march 31,2019. It says that my order will be delivered by april 8 to april 26,2019.. But until now (already april 27,2019), no package has received. And upon checking the track record of the package, the status has not change since april 8,2019 (status says the parcel will be handed over to the delivery partner). Until today it still says the same. I already contacted the local delivery partner and says that the package is still with the seller. When will my package be delivered? I cannot message taobao in lazada since they do not have chat button and when i chat lazada i only receive auto response. Please help, it's already paid
