The website claims that they deliver within 6-12 days. After 10 days of not being dispatched, I emailed and heard nothing. Messaged on their site (which they say they respond to all messages in 24 hours). In the last 3 weeks I must have emailed and messaged 20 times. No response. The tracking information is invalid too. The item arrived today after 3.5 weeks and it is the wrong colour!! And the bits that come with it to hold the cover down are random bits of cheap polystyrene, all different sizes. This company should not be allowed to operate!
