Hello, I would like to register a complaint that after paying all the dues, snagging and completing all the formalities I was asked to do there is undue delay in handing over the keys of my apartment in Merano Tower 2620. I have ordered the furniture and it is ready to rent out and am loosing money each day because of this delay with no reason. Please look into this matter and complete the handover as soon as possible. Thanks, Shahid
