I took the course and failed the voice recognition. I was in a quite room each and every time. I was forced to take it again a second time. I have waited on hold for someone to pick up from the company for over 60 minutes. I want full credit for the entire course which i sat through and took the time to read and answer the questions. That would resolve this issue!
