The toilet I purchased from home Depot, had multiple imperfections, on it. Unfortunately it was installed without telling me. Now I can not return it. I'm very dis-satified, because I would have to hire someone to pull it out. Now I'm really screwed and feel like I got ripped off. User's recommendation: Open the box and check the heavy toilet before you buy it.
