Defective product with terrible customer service

I had multiple lights that caught fire when connected. There was some internal fault. When I contact customer support, then asked for a video of the items smoking. I refused as that was a terrible idea (they asked me to start something on fire and take a video). I assumed they didn't believe me, but they also refused shipping a replacement without this. Since it was past 30 days they would not provide a refund. User's recommendation: Avoid TorchStar in any future business dealings.
